Sofiya Iva is a multi disciplined Illustrator from Moscow, Russia.
Delicate portraits of objects are often associated with nature. Illustrations convey harmony and diversity of forms. Placing objects in a different environment changes their perception. Makes you watch it and breathe.
Many of the works are the result of inspiration caught in the greenhouses of London, Amsterdam, Saint Petersburg, Moscow, Chiang Mai, Singapore, in the Botanical Gardens of Cyprus and Georgia.
Sofiya develops illustrations for products, publishing, editorial, advertising campaigns and
one-off commissions for clients.
"Each illustration of Sofiya is a dialogue with nature. The feeling of its smells, tastes, colors, and moods. In the course of this communication, new forms and relationships are born, full of magic, beauty, and paradoxes. They come alive and make the world more mysterious and beautiful."
Kirill Alekseev, Director & Founder, Chari Tea
"Sofiya gave artistic advice on all of the artworks she created and had a flair for taking on tough projects. She followed instructions very well but also developed the ideas and enhanced them with her own creativity.
If you want something special, she can do it!"
